Terms of Service
Last updated 20 September 2026
These terms apply to this website, to enquiries you send through it, and to the VocalFrontier text message program. Using the site means you accept them.
Who these terms are with
This site is operated by VocalFrontier (“we”, “us”). Contact us at alex.vocalfrontier@gmail.com or 832-387-0985.
If we agree to provide services to you, that work is governed by a separate written agreement between us. Where that agreement and these terms conflict, that agreement wins.
Using this site
You may use this site for the purpose it exists for: learning what we do and getting in touch. You agree not to attempt to interfere with it, gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or use it to send anything unlawful.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit. Giving us someone else's contact details, or a phone number you are not authorised to give consent for, is a breach of these terms.
Text message program
This section describes the VocalFrontier text message program. Ticking the opt-in box on our form is express written consent to receive it.
- Program name: VocalFrontier
- What you get: recurring automated marketing and informational text messages about our services, including follow-up on an enquiry you started.
- Frequency: message frequency varies.
- Cost: we do not charge for the messages. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier.
- Opting out: reply STOP to any message. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and nothing after that.
- Help: reply HELP to any message, or email us.
- Consent is optional: it is not a condition of contacting us, of a demo, or of purchasing anything.
- Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You may only opt in a phone number you own or are authorised to enrol. Consent is not transferable: if your number changes hands, the consent does not follow it, and you agree to tell us if you give up a number you enrolled.
How we store and use the number, and how long we keep the record of your consent, is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Enquiries and demos
Submitting the form is a request for a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve capacity, or oblige either of us to anything. We may decline work, and we will tell you plainly if what you need is not something we should build.
Anything we discuss on a call about timelines, scope or price is indicative until it is written into a signed agreement.
Our content
The design, text, code and graphics on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may read, share and link to the pages. You may not copy the site wholesale, present our material as your own, or reuse it to build a competing offering.
No warranty
This site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that anything on it is complete or current. Descriptions of what our systems do are descriptions of capability, not a promise of a particular business result. Nothing here is legal, financial or compliance advice for your business.
In particular: if you buy systems from us that make calls or send text messages, you remain responsible for having a lawful basis to contact the people on your lists. We will build the consent capture and the opt-out handling, and we will tell you what the rules require, but the lists are yours.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of this site. Our total liability arising out of this site is limited to [amount, for example one hundred US dollars].
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of this site, from information you submit that you had no right to submit, or from your breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the revised terms.
